How does the free conversation work?
Your first conversation with Ned is free for 3 minutes, with no payment information required. When your time is up, choose a membership to keep talking.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Membership is designed to be flexible, with plan changes or cancellation available from your account before the next billing cycle.
How does Ned’s memory work?
You choose whether Ned can use a conversation in the future. You can talk without memory, review what is remembered, remove individual memories, or turn memory off.
Are books and courses included?
No. NED books, workbooks, and courses are separate purchases. Members can explore them after joining without interrupting subscription checkout.
